The Advisory Board advises on strategic issues of the Center’s activities, provides recommendations and other assistance regarding the action plan and its implementation. It takes decisions on important legal and financial issues of the Law and Democracy Center. It considers and submits proposals for legal expertise and research, projects, and organization. The Advisory Board makes proposals on cooperation with other Lithuanian and foreign institutions and provides recommendations about the Law and Democracy Center activities in Lithuania and abroad.
